Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made from SnuggleTail Home through snuggletailhome.com.

They supplement our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Payment Policy.

  1. Seller

The seller is SHIRT SHIFT LLC, doing business as SnuggleTail Home.

  1. Product Listings

Product photographs, descriptions, dimensions, materials, compatibility information, and prices are provided to help customers make purchasing decisions.

Colors and textures may vary depending on lighting and device displays. Minor measurement and manufacturing variations may occur.

  1. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order before shipment because of inventory limitations, pricing or listing errors, payment failure, suspected fraud, address restrictions, or legal requirements.

If a canceled order has already been charged, the appropriate amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

  1. Prices, Taxes, and Shipping

Prices are stated in United States dollars.

Applicable sales taxes are calculated during checkout.

Standard shipping to eligible addresses within the contiguous United States is free.

We do not ship to excluded states, territories, P.O. boxes, or APO, FPO, and DPO addresses listed in our Shipping Policy.

  1. Payment

Payment must be made using a payment method displayed during checkout.

Payment authorization and fraud screening may occur before an order is accepted.

Additional payment terms are provided in our Payment Policy.

  1. Delivery

Orders normally require 1–3 business days for processing and an estimated additional 3–5 business days in transit.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable address.

Risk of loss transfers according to applicable law.

  1. Inspection and Order Problems

Customers should inspect deliveries promptly and report damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect products as soon as reasonably possible.

Keep the product, packaging, and shipping labels while a claim is being reviewed.

  1. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days after delivery under our Return and Refund Policy.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after inspection and approval.
